We are seeking a talented and passionate Mobile App Developer with hands-on experience in both Flutter and Native Mobile Development (Android/iOS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications while collaborating closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams.
* Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
* Develop and maintain native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications.
* Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
* Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces.
* Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
* Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
* Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
* Ensure application compatibility across multiple devices and operating systems.
* Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of professional mobile application development experience.
* Strong expertise in Flutter framework and Dart.
* Experience in Native Android Development (Java/Kotlin).
* Experience in Native iOS Development (Swift).
* Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
* Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.
* Familiarity with Firebase (Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication).
* Experience with Git version control.
* Understanding of mobile security best practices.
* Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with payment gateway integrations.
* Experience with MFS integrations (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
* Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time communication.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
* Familiarity with AWS services.
* Experience publishing and managing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
* Understanding of Clean Architecture and MVVM architecture patterns.
* Experience working on SaaS, loyalty, campaign, or enterprise software products.
