We are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and microservices that power our enterprise and campaign management platforms.
* Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications and APIs.
* Build scalable RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
* Develop and maintain database architecture, queries, and stored procedures.
* Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS gateways, MFS (bKash, Nagad), and external APIs.
* Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
* Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
* Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
* Prepare technical documentation and system architecture documentation.
* Ensure data security, backup strategies, and system reliability.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of professional backend development experience.
* Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework.
* Experience with REST API development and integration.
* Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
* Experience with Git version control.
* Familiarity with AWS cloud services and Linux server management.
* Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Sanctum, Passport).
* Knowledge of queue management, caching, and background jobs.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with Microservices Architecture.
* Knowledge of Node.js and WebSocket implementation.
* Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with Redis, Elasticsearch, and message queues.
* Experience working on SaaS or enterprise software products.
